Take a look at our menus and packages & get in contact to discuss your budget and requirements. Our chef can help you with menu choices if required. Once a date, time slot, location and approx numbers are given then an estimate can be issued. Once a deposit is received, the booking has been made.
Deposits are required to secure all bookings. This is essential in the case of Communions and other peak booking times. Deposits are usually 25% of the estimated final cost as set out in the booking process above. Deposits may not be sought at off peak times or for repeat customers, but this remains at the discretion of Gally’s Kitchen.
In the booking process you will have given an approximate guest count as a minimum order number. We require that you give a final guest count and menu selection 10 days before your event. We will do our best to accommodate some number increases and additional food orders within the final 10 days but we are unable to lower the numbers or change the selected menu due to food ordering and staff considerations.
We cater all private home catering events such as Communions, Confirmations & Christenings in the clients home or at a venue of your choice. We cater all types of birthdays, anniversaries and family gatherings. We can arrange pre or post wedding parties or any event you may require. We generally cater for 20 – 80 guests but can accommodate more. Please get in contact to discuss your needs.
We are based just outside Cork City and cover all city and suburban areas of Cork as well as North, West & East Cork, usually within a 10km radius. Longer distances may incur charges for mileage, please notify us of location when booking.

We operate from a commercial kitchen in Grange Industrial estate but are not open as a premises to the public.
However, we are at Wilton Farmers Market every Tues 10-2pm & Ballincollig Farmers Market every Wed 10-2pm. Come say hello and sample some of our food.
All prices are based on collection for reheating at home yourself. We have a hot buffet service for a fixed fee of €60 which covers setup of hot buffet, staff for service and clean up afterwards. This covers a maximum of 2 hours including travel time.
